When loading one of our pages in firefox, instead of rendering the html, firefox displays it as raw text.

I have firefox 3.6.3. When I load a certain page, instead of showing the rendered HTML, it shows the HTML as text. Are there certain restrictions that firefox has towards certain style of HTML? Any assistance in regards to this would be greatly appreciated.

You can check the content type in Tools > Page Info > General. A possible (likely) cause is that the page is send as text/plain instead of text/html
