can't log on to netzero.com-have to give username/pw ea time..it says my computer rejects cookies..have tried suggestions listed..what now

each time I open netzero, it asks my username and password. it should automaticly supply those and open. the error says"computer is not accepting cookies". have done all as said in the help section "use custom setting for history" "accept cookies from sites" "accept third-party cookies" are all checked. still will not check me in.
