My OSX is Lion When I startup my MacBook Pro 2011, the Firefox Browser opens automatically. I wish to disable that. It is not as suggested in previous listed in my OSX Preferences under Account > Login Items. And I don't know what to disable in Firefox Preferences to stop it from automatically open on reboot or restart. Please advise. Thank you.

Hi fullrun-

Once Firefox is open, you should be able to open the Right click context menu on the icon. From there you select 'Options' and then de-select 'Open at Login'. Hope that helps.
