Why is my Firefox browser suddenly preventing cash transactions from my bank to another bank and national lottery?

Hello Mozilla community, do hope you can help. I set up communication from my bank to another bank and from my bank to my national lottery account so that when I want to pay a statement or add money to my lottery account the banks/lottery "talk to each other" and the money is transferred - that was until last week! Firefox seems to have 'lost' all the transaction settings I'd created.

Tried again today, same thing happened so I had to revert to using Internet Explorer because that's the only way I can finalise any cash transactions. I cleared all cookies and history, unplugged then plugged in my modum - transacting via Internet Explorer worked immediately, so what has suddenly changed for Firefox to prevent the "talk" between the banking institutions and lottery company. Hope someone can help because I'd like to be stress free - and I like my Firefox browser.
