Error - same serial number in certificates (root, intermediate,ca,certificat). Same serial numbers in Intermediate and Root CA you can help? I tried to remove cert8.db file. This did not solve the problem. You can turn off verification serial number certificates in configuration about:config?

I am sure somewhere http://kb.mozillazine.org/About:config

It would be better to reset those have you tried a refresh : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings

Though it is in your profile : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles Remember always save your profile or bookmarks/paaswords.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
