I installed Linux Mint on a Gateway netbook. Installed Firefox and all was well. Today, I load Firefox and instead of being full screen, it occupies a fourth of the screen and does not respond to any menu via mouse click or keyboard. I have started in terminal, uninstalled, deleted my profile, no change in behavior. Really enjoy Firefox and need to get it working right, again. Any help would be MOST appreciated.

Make sure that you meet the system-requirements.

Are there any error messages displayed if you start Firefox in a terminal window?

I get no error messages from Firefox unless it crashes - such as when I double click in the banner. Funny thin - Opera behaves much in the same manner. I wonder if it's my Linux version causing some trouble. I'm sure my PC meets the requirements for Firefox as I've been using it with no trouble for month.
