I always set the Print>Page Setup>Margin Header and Footers to "blank" for printing but every time I shut Firefox down then reopen it, it reverts to the default settings, e.g. Title, Date & Time, Page Number etc.

I'm using v24. This has never happened before, how do I prevent it happening?

Incidentally I'm sure most people set these to "blank" these days, why can't Mozilla just program Firefox to use "blank" as the default? I'm sure it would save a lot of people a lot of hassle.
