I am getting an error message saying can't sign-in, all of a sudden.

This just started out of the blue, this afternoon. It keeps saying can't sign-in. I requested several emails to different addresses to change my password, but haven't received any of them, at any of the addresses. I don't know what to do to correct the situation.

This just started out of the blue, this afternoon. It keeps saying can't sign-in. I requested several emails to different addresses to change my password, but haven't received any of them, at any of the addresses. I don't know what to do to correct the situation.

Chosen solution

You change your password with your email provider. Most have a place to change the password on their email help page. I have never seen one that does it via an email. Either way Thunderbird has nothing to do with administering you email password.
