For the slow sending, do you have an antivirus program scanning outgoing mail, that might have become incompatible with the new TB?

For the tabs issue, select Help/Troubleshooting Information, click Open Folder, close TB, and delete or rename session.json. TB should now open with the tabs that were open at last exit.

Thanks so much! Open tabs problem solved. Will have to check on the antivirus program.
