I have moved a profile from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Moved the "Thunderbird" folder from AppData/Roaming on 7 to AppData/ Roaming on Win 10. The profile and all configuration comes up. BUT!! My inbox in an account (not the Local Folders) is empty. Other folders don't show all the messages. Oddly enough, Trash does. I even deleted the *.msf files (while Thunderbird was not running) and still no messages show up. Tried Repair Folder. No help.

I've looked at the files in a text editor. All messages are there.

Any tips would be fantastic!

Thanks!

Turns out the user (this was not by box) had somehow deleted all the messages in their inbox. Doing some file editing to remove the delete bit brought them back.
