Firefox crashes 8-10 times daily when interacting with Flash, and also when NOT interacting with Flash.

It also CRASHES MY COMPUTER ENTIRELY at least once a day.

I have downgraded Flash, updated firefox, and generally tried to do all of the troubleshooting you have provided.

I am at my wit's end.

What to do?

  • Update your flash player to the lastest version.
  • Update your graphics card drivers to the lastest version or disable hardware acceleration.
  • Do you have addons installed? If yes try to run firefox in safe mode and see if it still crashing. If it stop crashing then maybe on of your addons is the problem. Now enable one addon at time and to find which addon make firefox carsh.
  • Close antivirus that running the same time with firefox and see if it still crashing.
