Firefox loads OK.

My home page is 'talktalk' which loads but I cannot access my mail or any 'talktalk' pages due to crashes.
If using Firefox home page I click on 'tiscali' I get the 'talktalk' page but once again Firefox crashes if I try to access anything. I believe there must be a conflict between 'talktalk' and Firefox as I can access sites on my 'favorites' list through Firefox.
As I cannot access my mail my next move will be to see if I can do so via 'Hotmail', otherwise any instructions you may send me will not be available to me ????
I have already spoken to talktalk support, they suggest the problem is possibly on your side ?
                     thanks, Roger Russell

Sorry to hear about the crashes.

When Firefox crashes, it usually records information about what was happening at that moment. You can submit that data to Mozilla and share it with forum volunteers to see whether it points to the solution. Please check the support article "Firefox Crashes" (especially the last section) for steps to get those crash IDs, and then post some of the recent ones here.

If you have submitted crash reports then please post the IDs of one or more recent crash reports that have a "bp-" prefix:

  • bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx

You can find the IDs of the submitted crash reports on the about:crashes page.

  • You can open the about:crashes page via the location bar, like you open a website, or open the crash reports page via "Help > Troubleshooting Information".
