Hi, I understand that you are having a secure connection failure in Firefox.I have done some research on this general error that might be helpful troubleshooting this issue.

Please see this for more information on the document error: Are you hitting the back button? Does this happen after you clear the cache? It could be that the cookie on the page has expired. How to clear the Firefox cache Does this also happen in the updated version of Firefox? Update Firefox to the latest release
