I built a gaming pc Specs: i5 4670k 8 gb ram Nvidia 760 And it works fine on everything but browsers. It lags so much in any browser including firefox. Also there are ads that can't be closed that block the whole page. I have ad blocker.. Please help me. Thank you

Hi there,

That sounds like a good spec! Well done on building your PC yourself.

Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of. It sounds like this might be the case with those the full-screen ads you're seeing.

You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:

Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one.

Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.
