my internet was slow, so my dad gave to service my laptop day before yesterday. When i got back my laptop yesterday, Firefox was deleted. So i reinstalled from saved file and found out that all my bookmarks were deleted, some were important too. so my question is that is there someway i could retrieve my bookmarks? when i checked for solution it was said you could retrieve from old profile but i don't have.

Hi, first open bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks > Import and Backup > Restore, and see if you have a backup there.

If not, please see - Profiles - Where Firefox stores your bookmarks, passwords and other user data, and Recover important data from an old profile.

Also check on your Desktop for a file named Old Firefox Data.

If your question is resolved by this or another answer, please take a minute to let us know. Thank you.
