When I click on a link in my email, a new tab will open but the page is blank. This happened randomly yesterday, and now it's happening all links. I used a facebook link, but it is happening with everything.

Chosen solution

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options)
key, and then starting Firefox.

Once the browser is done loading, drop in to the task bar. Now try the e-mail link. Is the problem still there?

As a test, disable your protection programs.

Thank you so much FredMcD. I really appreciate your help. I didn't want to, but I was impatient and refreshed Firefox and that seemed to take care of the issue. I only had a couple of add-ons. Norton security and and HP assistant "thing." Also, everything worked fine in Chrome. Refreshing Firefox seemed to do the trick, but I am going to save your suggestion for the next time this happens because I'm sure this will happen again.

Thank you again for your help:)
