If I refresh firefox, how will it affect both my user account and administrator account and what will I need to do to get them working properly again?
I just finished a couple weeks of work setting up my user account separate from my administrator account and working out all the bugs, cross information problems, lost information problems, etc.
The unresponsive plug-in error and the other common error, I forget the name at the moment, freeze my computer 20 to 30 times a day! Firefox help suggests to refresh firefox.
I've had problems with losing stuff when refreshing firefox before and DO NOT WANT TO LOSE ALL THE WORK I'VE JUST FINISHED.
Can you help?

If you're having problems with Firefox, refreshing it can help. The refresh feature fixes many issues by restoring Firefox to its default state while saving your essential information like bookmarks, passwords, and open tabs.
Don't do a Refresh for a Plugin error, the Refresh doesn't affect Plugins.
