Hi jscher2000,

Yes is the green text in the individual search results

Are there ways to get rid of those green url text?

Or hide them?

You could use a custom style rule to hide them. What about the other links on that line, for example:

  • Company information link (some results)
  • Triangle drop-down menu
    • Cached
    • Similar

You can right-click content and open the Inspector to see what selector an element that you want to hide has.

Add this code to the userContent.css file to hide the green text.

@-moz-document domain(www.google.com){
  #search :-moz-any(div._SWb,div._Ck) { display:none!important; }
}

The customization files userChrome.css (user interface) and userContent.css (websites) are located in the chrome folder in the Firefox profile folder.
