Firefox plug-in checker said that the Reader plug-in was outdated. So I went to look for a newer version. Adobe doesn't seem to offer any version for Windows Vista, even though they still have a couple of versions for XP. Any suggestions? Thanks!

The plugin check page doesn't differentiate between the various Windows versions and will report an outdated version when you have the latest version that Adobe offers for Windows Vista.

Adobe doesn't offer newer version of the Adobe Reader for the Windows Vista platform. The Plugin check website doesn't take the operating system version into account. You can ignore this message if checking this in the Adobe Reader confirms that you have the latest version available for your platform.

I just downloaded Reader 11, even though it isn't listed for Windows Vista, hoping it will work anyway.
