I achieved the emails, create new email account after I deleted the email account, uninstall Thunderbird and the problem still stay. "The folder Inbox is full, and can't hold any more messages. To make room for more messages, delete any old or unwanted mail and compact the folder." What more can be done? Running Windows 10 on the system.

You did what?

uninstall Thunderbird

Why? Thunderbird separates the program installation from the prodile with your data. Re-installing the application does nothing to the profile. So you're just waisting your time.

What more can be done?

From your description it isn't clear to me whether you did

  • delete any old or unwanted mail, and
  • did compact the folder

Please confirm.
