Previous (saved) addresses are suddenly ALL coming up as suspect and I can't get there. How can I fix this so that I can use my address book without having to rework the entire thing?

Could you copy/paste the full error message? If it's a secure connection problem, and if there is an Advanced button on the error page, please click that and copy/paste the technical explanation there.

Is this a question about Thunderbird since you mention address book?

If that is the case then we can move the question over to Thunderbird support.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window
