Hi, Firefox looses my tabs once a week. All tabs gone. Only one tab remains.

Also your support registration/log in system on mobile is gigantic t8rd. I mean just f*&king piece of sh^%.

After the 40000000000465th time I tried to log in your wonderful support registration/log in system finally showed the "this page doesn't have mobile support". Nice, thanks for wasting my time. Can I bill you? Thank god firefox is free.

Hello, I understand the frustration, if I spent more than 2 minutes registering I would give up. I am happy to help with the disappearing tabs.

First question is for you, what kind of tabs are disappearing, private tabs or regular tabs?

Second question in the three dot menu for settings, when you tap on that and then tap on "History" are the previous lost tab webpages listed in History? This can be a work around in the meantime while we troubleshoot this.

Third, do you have any add ons installed?

Best!

Regular tabs. The history trick is not an option, too many history entries to wade through. ublock origin was installed. But this happened before it was installed i think. I will uninstall and try again. Using chrome now, but would rather use firefox if it wouldn't loose my tabs.

There is another option, in the new tab page if you swipe to the left you will see : "Top Sites", "Bookmarks", "History", "Synced Tabs", "Recent Tabs" The last one should have them if they were actively closed.

How are you exiting Firefox? Make sure that this setting is checked: Three dot menu > Settings > General "Tab queue Save links until the next time you open Firefox" [x] and that this is unchecked: Three dot menu > Settings > Privacy >"Clear Private data on exit" [ ]

Were any of these settings different than recommended above?

I rather use Firefox as well :)

I was experiencing this issue for some months until I read this and uninstalled ublock origin on Firefox for Android. Since then (more than a month ago now) I haven't experienced this again, so It definitely has to do with ublock origin addon.
