I'm having multiple crashes, on different sites (mainly sites with video's / flash). Also happens in Safe Mode. I have hardware acceleration on (also tried it off). My flash is up-to-date.

I've tried resetting Firefox, removing add-ons, running in safe mode, malwarebytes, uninstall/reinstall and it's still crashing.

hi, these crashes appear to be out-of-memory crashes most of the time. please replace adblock plus with https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/ublock-origin/ which is a bit lighter on resources. in addition you could try updating to the 64bit version of firefox beta, which already contains a fix for one particular type of crash which shows up a couple of times in your data: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/beta/all/

Thanks man, I followed your steps. Works quite fine now. I disabled my flash and got the 64bit version.

The problem I have now I can't watch video's on certain sites, mainly Twitch. It works fine in Chrome. Any tips?

thanks for reporting back! what's happening instead - does the video just stay black or is there any particular error message? do all the browser features show up as supported on the http://www.youtube.com/html5 test site?

one thing that is also strange in your reported data is that flash 23 & flash 24 appear to be installed side by side which is likely stemming from a buggy installation. i'd try to use the adobe flash uninstaller tool from https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html and install the plugin again afterwards.

in addition you could try to update your nvidia graphics driver: http://www.geforce.com/drivers/results/113448

Thanks for the support.

All features are supported on the http://www.youtube.com/html5 site.

I delete flash (both 23 and 24) and did not reinstall it. So I'm not using the plugin. (I also uninstalled Java and reinstalled it).

I updated my Nvidia drives - all are up to date.

Twitch seems very slow. It takes more than 10 seconds to load and keeps stuttering / buffering (sometimes firefox doesn't respond). This doesn't happen on Chrome. uBlock is active but it shouldn't be a problem (other sites works fine). NoScript is also active but only blocking Quantserve and Scorecardresearch (both trackingscripts).

Any idea?

could you open a new question for the twitch issue - it will get more attention then?

Create a new profile to test if your current profile is causing the problem.

See "Creating a profile":

If the new profile works then you can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over problems.
