the 3 unread emails do not necessarily have to be new emails recieved. in otherwords, the 3 unread emails could actually be from last week or last month. This can easily happen if the message that was read becomes marked as unread. Messages can be marked and unmarked as read pretty easily. Or the new messages are intermingled with other messages and sorted by a method other than by DATE. but if you believe these are new messages that are unread, first be sure they are not spam or malicious emails by logging into the online mail account. Remember that anti-malware may be protecting you from malicious emails. Therefore, by logging into the online email account, you can verify if you do have new unread emails and what they are. afterwards, be sure to reorganize your mail that is listed in the message pane. Sometimes the new emails will suddenly appear at the bottom of the list, while you are expecting to see them at the top. To organize the list click on the column header titled as DATE. Then be sure you are at the top or at the bottom of the list, whichever way you prefer your messages to be listed. ps: for the protection of my system, i cant respond to you directly via your phone.
