Getting "profile missing" message upon opening of TBird. Tried remove/uninstall but getting same message. How do I completely uninstall to start from scratch?

New computer. Windows 10. Installed TBird and attempted to migrate profile from old computer. Now I am getting a message "Profile missing.Your TBird profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible.". Not sure what the issue is/was but attempted to remove/uninstall TBird and install from scratch. Still getting same message. How do I completely uninstall and start again? Should I also remove Mozillla Maintenance Service or will that impact Firefox? Thanks in advance.

lets start at the begining.

Do you have contact or mail in Thunderbird you do not want to loose? removing everything will see lots of deletions of everything you have.

If your sure you have nothing you want to keep Windows key +R type %appdata% Delete the Thunderbird folder. Run Thunderbird.

Thank you! I did have Tbird backed up as well as on the older computer. Tried your step/s, reinstalled and pasted profile folder. Worked. Thanks again.
