I belong to a game site. When I sign into it firefox remembers a password I had 3 years ago! How do I stop firefox remembering an old p'word?
I belog to a game site that requires an user name & password. Although I've cleared all passwords from firefox they are remembering a p'word I had 3 years ago! I've changed the p'word 3 times since then. I dont have Auto Fill on but its doing it anyway! Sometimes I cant sign in because the password comes up as 'Incorrect', as it jumps back to the Auto Fill, ugh What can I do so its NOT remembering old passwords? Thanks in advance m

This could be from the Firefox built-in form filler.
Type about:preferences#privacy<enter> in the address bar. The button next to History, select Use Custom Settings.
At the bottom of the page, turn on Clear History When Firefox Closes. At the far right, press the Settings button. Turn on Cache and Form And Search History.
After, restart Firefox.

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/saved-password-editor/ Saved Password Editor Adds the ability to create and edit entries in the password manager.
A link is useless. When I try to Log In to the site, Mozilla doesn't recognise me, ugh Though they just sent me an email!!! I have NO Passwords saved. I would have liked an explanation of HOW to work the site. m
