When installed TB on new laptop my local folders that were on old laptop did not populate, thought it was all on line? I have old HD in a reader, is there a way to find them on the HD or get them downloaded?

The contents of the Local Folders account are stored in local folders, that is, folders that are on the host machine. Being local, by definition, they are not online.

If you want everything transferred, copy your profile to the new laptop.
