If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

While you are in Safe Mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.

I followed the provided instructions to the letter, including disabling hardware graphics while in safe mode, and am still unable to access my infinity account. Note: In Show Cookies the (culprit) Infinity site was not listed. Continued assistance would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi, Have no problem seeing the site in Private Mode. There is an issue that only affects users who have turned off cleartype font rendering within their windows settings. so a workaround for the moment would either be to turn cleartype back on or disabling hardware acceleration in Firefox: Firefox's performance settings https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/performance-settings

If that does not work could try 7min fix : uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files , C:\Program Files(x86) & C:\ProgramData Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do :

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 59.0.1 with a Full Version Installer

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

I've spent four hours with Xfinity trying to remove the password that keeps appearing in the login page, even after I log out and log back in while in the Firefox browser. This only happens in Firefox. I tried Chrome, and it's definitely a Firefox only problem. Then I found the "Remove single entry in a form" So I did that. And the password disappeared from the Xfinity form. But now I can't access X-finity at all. And this appears to be the only way to contact Firefox. I'm disgusted with Firefox. I think the solution is to terminate my monthly donation to Firefox because they have no customer support at all, and move to Chrome.
