Chosen solution

Try to start Firefox in Safe Mode to see if that works.

  • Mac: hold down the Options key while starting Firefox
  • Windows: hold down the Shift key while starting Firefox

Try to create a new profile to test if your current profile is causing the problem.

See "Creating a profile":

If the new profile works then you can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over problems.

Hi please try a just the 59. or just 58. Disregard the minor updates and see if that works out. https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/ Full Version Installer Suggest delete all files/folders on your system for Mozilla Firefox except profile. Make a copy of profile though. then delete it. new profile works then you can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over the problem. Never work with original files.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
