Sunday after updates my google boxes vanished and I couldn't go to any sites. My bookmarks wouldn't open, nothing worked. I uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing changed. I ran malware, spyware and antivirus all said no problem. I uninstalled and reinstalled again same results. Yesterday I tried again same thing. Today I tried to uninstall and it got hung up. Sunday I also went to your site and ran through all the suggestions to no avail. I'm not sure what to do now please help.

Hi, what security software are you using please, are there any error messages ?

There is security software like Avast/AVG, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connections and send their own certificate. If you are running any of the above software please check their community forum for a work around to apply settings.

Please : uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files , C:\Program Files(x86) & C:\ProgramData Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do :

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 61.0.0 with a Full Version Installer

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

No, it is the same once I installed it. I just got McAfee on Monday no issues there. I don't get error messages and haven't. Thanks. Now what?

It probably is your Mcafee that it is the issue. Turn off Web Companion and see how it runs.
