Hi,

the css animation of the svg:circle looks weird. It seems that the size of the bbox does not follow the size of the circle itself. As a result the circle from time to time is cut at borders. I have not faced this problem with other browsers. The problems seems to appear on Windows 7/10 only. On Mac this looks better.

When I use SVG animation all is fine. https://jsfiddle.net/gex5rL3o/

Regards, Maciej
