Hi Dorlene, if you don't know the password for your Firefox Account -- used for the Sync service -- then that data is not accessible to you. It's not accessible to Mozilla or anyone who doesn't have the password.

Do you still have your history in your currently running Firefox? You shouldn't lose the history you see in Firefox when you reset your Firefox Account password, just the encrypted data Sync previously stored on Mozilla's servers. However, to be safe, make a backup of your data first.
