Because Internet explorer is going out I want to use Firefox but It does now work good by me. I work a lot with youtube (with music) and I must everyday refresk Firefox because when I have started the PC up in the morning it does not work with sites and youtube. There is nothing wrong with internet. I have ESET but when I put ESET out it still does not work. When I have refreshed it it does work the whole day untill next day. ( I put the PC out at night).

Hello BobPaul,

Would you try this please :

Clear the Firefox cache : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-clear-firefox-cache

"Remove the cookies" from websites that cause problems : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/delete-cookies-remove-info-websites-stored

(scroll down to : "Delete cookies for a single site" if the problem is with one site only)

If the above doesn't help, then let's try Firefox in Safe Mode, to see if maybe one of your extensions (if you have any) could be causing this :

If Firefox is not running : Hold down the Shift key when starting Firefox.

If Firefox is running : 3-bar menu => ' ? ' (at the bottom of the dropdown) => 'Restart with Add-ons disabled'. Then OK the restart. A small dialog should appear. Click 'Start in Safe Mode' ( not 'Refresh' !)

See : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode

Does that make any difference  ?

In addition to the above :

You say that disabling ESET didn't make difference; I would like to suggest that you remove the ESET software - you would be best off with just your system's built-in default security program (Windows Defender), and maybe let malwarebytes run a scan once a month.
