How can I now import emails and folders from windows live mail
I wish to change from Windows Live Mail to Thunderbird. To trial this installed two add-ons to Thunderbird - ImportExportTools & add mail manually, both from Kaosmos. This seemed to provide what I needed in my trial run (before Christmas). Unfortunately, I did not get round to doing the job for real until now. However, with upgrades to Thunderbird, neither of these add-ons now work or will install (into a fresh install of Thunderbird 60.5). So how can I now add a complex and large folder structure from WLM (and add accounts manually)? I had both working briefly with version 60 but not now with the latest sub version - are there likely to be any further changes that may correct this problem? Is there any other solution? Any help will be much appreciated. Thank you.

The version of ImportExportTools 3.3.2 on the author's site is compatible with TB 60.

To import contacts from WLM, you can use another add-on, MoreFunctionsForAddressBook, as explained in the link above.
To add an account manually and bypass the setup wizard, select File/Offline/Work Offline, then set up the account from File/New/Existing Mail Account, enter your credentials, Continue, and click Advanced config. Remember to uncheck Work Offline once the account is set up.
