How do I bypass "Save" and print directly to my printer in Firefox 68.0.2?

more options

I am running Firefox 68.0.2 on Mac OS Sierra 10.12. Every other application I have except Firefox (including another Mozilla-based app, Seamonkey) shows the "Print" button when you open the print dialog box (command-P). However, Firefox only shows a "Save" button, which requires you to save every file to a pdf before you can print it. This is a time and space consuming pain. How do I change it to show the Print button like the older versions did? (I have been all through the preferences and about:config files, but i can't seem to find the right thing to change.). Thanks!

Hi Cal, I haven't heard of this before!

Is it possible that somewhere in the Print dialog's many panels it is set for either:

  • Save as PDF
  • Save to file
