Why did I get a black screen on Reddit?

more options

This has happened once before. I clicked to open a Reddit post in order to read comments and my entire screen just went black for a few seconds before going back to normal. I have reached out to both Acer and Microsoft, yet I also found posts about other Firefox users having same issues.

Any ideas? I have no idea what caused it.

Firefox loses Internet many times a day and throws this error (see tab title) with blank page as a result. Multiple restarts of FF is the only solution I know. Any help is appreciated!
