Recovering bookmarks

On my Mac, I deleted Firefox and all of its orphan files using AppDelete, then reinstalled Firefox.

Is there any way to recover my bookmarks? I still have some Firefox folders in my Trash folder as shown in the attachment.

I'll appreciate your help.

Harvey

According to the support article "Profiles - Where Firefox stores your bookmarks, passwords and other user data", there should be a Firefox folder here:

/Users/username/Library/Application Support/Firefox

I can't tell whether you can expand the Application Support folder to see its contents, or whether what is listed in the screenshot is all there is, no Firefox folder to be found.
