Enter Key causes double line space.

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1120795 told us how to turn this off. Today there is no Menu button on the top right, and the buttons explained in the fix seem to also been removed. I'm not aware of having any other apps where the Enter key causes a double line space. HOW DO I TURN OFF THE DOUBLE SPACE FEATURE?
