This is currently not possible in Firefox for Android, butit may be included in a future update.
In the meantime, you will either need to organise them in a desktop copy of Firefox (and use Firefox Sync to move them across organised as you wish) or organise them one at a time in Firefox for Android.
Since I like firefox, I have the impression that instead of making things simpler, it makes them more difficult.
For example, I don't want to use "Sync to" at all I feel compelled to do something that I do not want.
Where there is freedom of choice as a user.
