I am using latest version Firefox for mac. I am running 10.14 Mojave latest version also on my mac. I have a problem when I want to print from browser. I cannot save the print options as preset "Ignore Scaling and Shrink to Fit Page Width". I have to uncheck that option everytime I want to print. Is there any suggestion to fix this? So I don't have to uncheck that options everytime I want to print. Tried to save as preset but it didn't work. Regards, Benny Tan

Hey Benny, it sounds like Firefox's preferences file "prefs.js" might be corrupted. Because it should remember & save any settings you've changed. Or something else like a addon could be interfering to change that exact preference.

See this article: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-to-fix-preferences-wont-save

Use the first step to "Refresh Firefox". That should fix it. If not, continue down the list of options to see what might be causing it. Report back & let us know what you find out! Thanks
