I need to update Firefox on my Laptop but when I updated Firefox on my PC I lost all my Bookmarks and I can't afford to do that. it should be in the program tat when you update the bookmarks are automatically moved into new version

That must relate to your OS; I have never had that problem. You can backup bookmarks specifically. From the menubar, Bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks or ctl+shft+o. From the menu at the top Import and Backup > Backup. After updating, get the same window then Import and Backup > Restore > Choose File.

Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder called; Old Firefox? Look inside. Look for the folder with the latest creation date.

Type about:profiles<enter> in the address bar. How many profiles are listed? How many should be there? Also, open the profile folder in your file explorer.
