Firefox just has a circle of blue dots going around on the payment login page. I had to use Microsoft Edge (shudder) to login to make my payment, so it appears the problem isn't on Allstate's end, apparently.

I refreshed Firefox about 2 months ago, and it worked fine then. I've changed nothing since.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

The user needs to report the allstate webpage address (url) and the error message. See tis bu report for an example: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1143031

There's no error message, but I'll give it a shot! Thanks!
