In the search settings it is possible to add a search engine not in the list. Qwant.com is an excellent, privacy oriented search engine far better than DuckDuckGo in my experience. However, it does not follow the format Firefox for Android requires which is to add "%s" at the end of the string. Please let me know the exact string to use to add Qwant.com Thank you for all of your help. Please just provide the string needed in quotes if possible to make it very clear.

Hi

If you use this as you search string, you should be able add Qwant as the default search in Firefox for Android:

https://www.qwant.com/?l=en&q=%s
