I cannot sign on to my Amazon.com account with Firefox/Mozilla. In the space for my password there is a series of dots(..........). I asked for a temporary password(and received it) but when I try to change my existing password I cannot (the dots reappear).

I have no problem signing on the my Amazon account with Chrome/Google but much prefer to use Firefox

Please advise how to correct this problem

Hey there!

I am not sure whether you did this or not but if you go to about:logins and go to your login for Amazon.com, you can edit the password from there directly.

Hope I helped!

Kind regards,
