I am currently using Ubuntu Jammy Jellyfish (development branch) on a Dell XPS laptop 11th Gen Intel Corei7-1165G7 @ 2.80GHz × 8 cores and 16 GB of RAM and I am having issues with Firefox 98.0.2 (64 bit) Snap package for Ubuntu canonical-002-1.0. The issue is that the drag and drop functionality for bookmarks is not working anymore.

Dragging a bookmark from my bookmark menu and then dropping it in the window works. Where are you dragging from? I did drag a bookmark(google.com) from my desktop and it kind of worked. The layout in the browser is not the normal google.com. see screenshot

Try downloading another copy of Firefox, run it from the folder and see if you have the same issue. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/#product-desktop-release
