format is not supported and i tryed clearing catche and reinstaling firefox
i just upgraded to win 10 downloaded firefox and when i play videos i get format is not supported error when i tryd playing same videos on explorer those videos worked they didint worked on opera gx too i already tried deliting firefox and clearing all left file with cc cleaner dont know what to do

Are you on a desktop or laptop? Manufacture and Model? What video card(s) are installed?

Are you by chance using a KN or N edition of Windows 10?
