Contact list entries missing when in TO or BCC fields in a new email
I have some contact lists. In one of these I have 20 contacts. I can clearly see these when in the contact lists properties or if I search the address book for that contact list name.
Once I select this contact list in a new email using either TO or BCC, only 18 show up.
Anyone have any suggestions?

It seems to me that one of these names (that is in the list) is being pulled from "somewhere else" as I have selected last, first name from the personal address book in properties of the contact list it shows that way. However, when using this contact list that person shows up as the email address and does NOT show the last, first like the rest do.
Maybe this has been caused by importing addresses from Outlook? I noticed that I did have an "Address Book" as well as the "Personal Address Book", so I removed the "Address Book" (as Personal Address Book cannot be deleted using the TB interface).
The original problem still exists (2 people that show up in Properties of the contact list do NOT show up when I use the contacts in TO or BCC when writing an email).
Update 1/2/2023 What's more apparent is that the contact lists are being pulled from somewhere NOT seen by me is that today when I used one it included an address that I had deleted from the contact list.
I would love to know where TB is getting this stuff from and how to fix it!

On further digging, this "seems" to revolve around having the "Cardbook" extension installed (to sync contacts between TB and Google).
If I open up Cardbook (via the TAB on the right side of the screen and add then save the several missing contacts that I had when using the contact list from the PAB). Then, right click on the relevant contact list and click "Write a New Message using blind copy/bcc" then the list populated in the new email is correct.
Having edited the contact list in Cardbook itself...now writing a new email from the address book itself now also contains the correct address list.
So, it seems that when the Cardbook extension is installed that I should close the address book tab and ONLY keep the Cardbook tab open.
