removed pop account in order to fix password problems and lost all emails sent and received

I had a yahoo pop password problem and I was told to remove the account and add it back. In doing so I have lost all my old emails that were on the computer and not i have is a blank account (POP Server account) Is there anyway to recover the old information from the computer

you might try logging on to web account to see if messages are there. If not, the messages are probably lost.

The old mail is probably still in a subfolder of the Mail folder in the profile, named pop.mail.yahoo.com, while the newly added account's mail is in a subfolder of Mail named pop.mail.yahoo-1.com. You can make TB read the mail in the old folder by browsing to that location in Account Settings.
