What is bizarre, Mozilla, is the fact that in Windows version 116.0.3 64-bit, that while using <browserleaks.com> test for webRTC, that the WebRTC leak test, RTC PeerConnection, & RTC DataChannel leak in Windows & not in the Linux OS.

Bottom line: how do we configure Firefox in Windows to NOT leak?

You can disable it using media.peerconnection.enabled flag in about:config Source: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/963501

WARNING from the moderator team: Changing Firefox preferences from the about:config page can sometimes break Firefox or cause strange behavior. You should only do this if you know what you're doing. Please read Firefox Advanced Customization and Configuration Options to learn more.

This was good information, but a little more solved it. In Firefox, entering "about:config" media.peerconnection.enabled set to true (as you indicated) media.peerconnection.ice.proxy set to true

To let your VPN take over rather than DNS encryption

In Firefox settings | privacy & security| DNS over HTTPS section |amend to an increased protection level. Slide down to "manage exceptions" & add your desired flavor of VPN website.

Tested with <https://browserleaks.com/webrtc successfully! </p>
