My wife can no longer resize Thunderbird to have a usable read window, it is unusable. Is there a fix? She is pissed and the only reason Thunderbird is still on her computer is it has all her old emails.

Find density and font in the ☰ menu, top right. Does that help?

If not, does help > Troubleshoot Mode help?
